The exclusive "Dual Port System" projects the sound to both the audience and the player. Moving the front sound port away from the center of the soundboard helps to increase volume, tone, and sustain on all Boulder Creek ukuleles. Die cast tuning machines and perfect fret leveling make them stay in tune and play easier than ukes costing much more. For those players that want to amplify their uke, the EUC-5NS Concert model comes with the Boulder Creek UK-300T preamp and pickup system with built-in tuner.

Deluxe Mahogany Models
The Deluxe Mahogany Series is designed for the most discriminating players. All models feature Mahogany backs, sides, and tops. The model EUC-5NG features a solid mahogany top for even more tone and sustain. All Deluxe Mahogany Series models are equiped with the UK-300T preamp system with built-in tuner. Spruce & Rosewood Models
All Spruce & Rosewood Series feature Solid Spruce tops for the ultimate in tone, volume, and sustain. The backs and sides are made of Rosewood. The Boulder Creek exclusive "Dual Port System" is also standard on all of these models. Die cast tuning machines are also standard. All Acoustic Electric versions also feature the Boulder Creek UK-300T preamp and pickup system with built-in tuner. All Spruce & Rosewood models also feature abalone binding around the body and both soundports. The incredible finish and detail work on these fine instruments is second to none.

Solid Top Acacia Models
The new solid top Acacia Series feature beautiful solid Acacia tops and Acacia backs and sides. One of the most desired woods for both recording and live use, Acacia is a beautiful wood that is visually and tonally very similar to its close relative, Koa. Our Acacia ukes have great projection, and a warm, full tone. Each model features die-cast tuning gears with ebony buttons and genuine Abalone binding around the front sound board. These are some of the most beautiful and best-sounding ukes in the Riptide line.
